This is the same address the apps use for their in-app feedback form, and the address to use for privacy and data requests.

Send a message

Fill this in and press send — it opens your own mail app with everything already written. Nothing is submitted to a server; the message only leaves your device when you send it yourself.

Writing about a bug

The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:

Which app, and its version number (shown under Settings → About).
Your device model and operating system version.
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Our apps can prepare most of this for you: the in-app feedback screen fills in the app version, platform, device model and language before opening your mail app. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own mail app.

Privacy and data requests

Write to the address above with your request. Because our apps do not use accounts and keep data on your device, we usually hold nothing to hand over or delete — but we will always tell you exactly what the situation is for the app you are asking about.

We aim to answer privacy requests within 30 days.
